Upon full settlement, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the final deliverables solely for the agreed project purpose.
Unpaid materials, drafts, and digital files remain the property of the Provider and may not be used, copied, or distributed in any form. - SCOPE OF COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
The following categories of creative output are protected under this Policy
Interior and architectural design concepts
2D and 3D renderings, visualisations, and floor plans
Moodboards, colour palettes, and stylistic compositions
Layouts, drawings, and technical documentation
Brand identity elements or presentation materials created by the Provider
Digital assets, templates, or any files prepared for clients
All such materials are considered original intellectual property of the Provider. - CLIENT RIGHTS AND LICENSING
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final design materials for personal or agreed commercial use, once the full payment has been completed.
This licence does not include
Rights to modify or resell the design
Rights to reproduce materials for third-party use
Rights to share or distribute original source files, 3D models, or templates
If a client wishes to acquire full ownership rights, a separate written Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement must be signed and may involve an additional fee. - INTERNAL AND REUSABLE ASSETS
The Provider may use internally developed tools, templates, or frameworks during the creation process.
Such internal resources, including plugins, software presets, reusable models, and libraries, remain the permanent property of the Provider and may be reused in future projects. - THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
When third-party materials (such as stock images, fonts, or plugins) are used, they are always applied under valid commercial licences.
The Provider ensures that these resources are legally obtained and properly attributed when required.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining any paid licences or subscriptions for third-party elements they specifically request to include. - PORTFOLIO USE
The Provider reserves the right to display completed works and design projects on yambukh.studio, social media, or professional portfolios to showcase creative capabilities.
Portfolio use will exclude confidential information or private client data.
If a client requests non-disclosure of their project, this must be stated in writing before the project begins. - USER-SUBMITTED MATERIALS
If clients or collaborators provide content such as photos, sketches, or other materials, they confirm that they hold the rights or have obtained permission from the rightful owner.
By submitting materials, users grant the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them for legitimate project and portfolio purposes.
The Provider is not responsible for copyright violations in materials supplied by clients. - ENFORCEMENT AND VIOLATION
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content owned by SOLE PROPRIETOR MAKSYM YAMBYKH constitutes copyright infringement.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including
Issuing a cease-and-desist notice
Filing DMCA or EU takedown requests
Pursuing civil legal action or damages under applicable laws
All enforcement actions are proportional and in accordance with international legal standards. - CONFIDENTIALITY
